WINNER SELECTION:

• Winners will be drawn on day following deadline, and will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the cut-off date.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted.
• All prizes will be awarded.
• Need not be present to win.
• Winners will be notified by phone or email. 
• Any prize returned as non-deliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner.
• One winner per household.

PRIZES:

• All prizes are non-transferable.
• No substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except in the event advertised prize is not available, then Time Warner Cable reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and be U.S. residents.
• Employees of Time Warner Cable, and all Sponsoring companies, their advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Sponsor may cancel the sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus or system malfunction materially impairs its ability to conduct sweepstakes.
• Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name, address, quotes, utterances and likeness for promotional or business purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
• Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, which must be returned within [3] days of attempted notification.
• Winners may be required to produce picture ID for identification.
• Time Warner Cable and  their agencies, affiliates and parent companies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.
